Tournament Day of Schedule: Saturday, September 10th
- 8:30 am- Tee Time Breakfast @ the Boys & Girls Club, sponsored by Clear River and Sunset Grill.
- Check-in, take team pictures, get in.cent.ive coupon booklets and scorecards, meet other shoppers, get fueled up for a fun-filled day!
- 10:00 am- Let the shopping begin! Shotgun start on Main Street at our participating stores. Cynthia Lively, a local photographer, will be capturing candid pics throughout the day.
- Eat lunch at your leisure at one of our participating restaurants: Bejas Grill and Cantina, Clear River, Sweet Marley’s and Sunset Grill (coupons in your in.cent.ive booklet).
- You’ll have four drop-off stations downtown; a serious shopper need not carry their own bags!
- 5:00 pm- 19th hole PARTY @ Nimitz Ballroom, sponsored by the Admiral Nimitz Museum, Auslander, Delicious Details Catering, Fredericksburg Pie Company, My Own Chef Catering, The Party Affair, Torre di Pietra Winery and Unlimited Security!!! Cool down, unwind, win some prizes and awards!
